World's first camel dressage contest begins today
AROUND 300 camels and riders are today competing in the world's first camel training and dressage contest.The event is tagged: 'Darb al Saai' or 'The Way of the Messenger'. It will run until until December 17. Read more from the Gulf Times

Dressage results and highlights from Equitana Asia Pacific 2008
Equitana Asia Pacific 2008 has come to an end. What an action packed four days it was. The crowds flooded in to the new venue at Melbourne show grounds despite the schizophrenic weather which included heavy rain, hail, gusty winds and occasional sunshine. The Dressage Spectacular on Saturday night was a feast of Dressage excellence. The program featured the Grand Prix Freestyle which was won by Heath Ryan on Dr Margaret Evan's imported Rubinstein stallion, Regardez Moi with 72.65%. Read full report from Dressage Direct

Final members of FEI dressage task force are named

The final two names on the International Equestrian Federation's dressage task force have been named. Judges Elisabeth Max-Theurer (AUT) and Katharina Wust (GER) join event organiser's representative, Frank Kemperman (NED); rider's representative and H&H columnist Richard Davison (GB); trainer's representative Robert Dover (USA); and chef d'equipe Alain Francqueville (FRA). read more from Horse and Hound

FEI looks to appoint dressage working group

The FEI Executive Board has proposed the appointment of an Ad Hoc Working Group of world class dressage experts from all aspects of the discipline to review key issues and inject a new focus in the sport.
